Trident Group introduces an Innovative opportunity for Graduates of Engineering and MCA etc(Subject to admission norms of Govt wherever applicable) to increase their career opportunities through an innovative “EARN WHILE YOU LEARN SCHEME-2024” which is a highly subsidised P.G. education program.

Some meritorious students who are admitted in M.Tech courses after their MCA course will be offered Teaching Associateship during their entire M.Tech period. For such engagement, they will be paid a handsome stipend @Rs.20,000 per month , 50 percent of which will be adjusted against their course fees whereas the balance will be paid to them in cash.

Similarly, out of all others who will be admitted in M.Tech courses, some meritorious students will be offered Internships in start-up companies. They will also be paid the same stipend of Rs.20,000 per month, 50 percent of which will be adjusted against their course fees.

Well performing Teaching associates/ Interns will be offered regular jobs of Rs 3,00,000/- per year salary in the Institutions/Start-ups under the Trident Group. Others will obviously be entering the Job market with extremely valuable salary slips and experience certificates of 2 full years of real work experience/corporate internships in their domains. During the regular college hours, they will be attending classes as per regulations of the affiliating university {BPUT) and will be allowed to work part time or to work from home
