NOTICE

FOR REPORTING & ORIENTATION OF  1st YEAR B.TECH STUDENTS

It is hereby notified to all students who have been admitted to the 1st year B. Tech of this college during the current academic session (2021-22) that the online classes and other activities are scheduled to be held as per the following programme.

 

Date: 26.11.2021 to 30.11.2021

Online reporting through college web portal https://ais.tat.ac.in for confirmation of admission. Candidates have to upload the scanned copies of all original documents  in pdf (Max 300KB) as listed below.

1 HSC / 10th Class Certificate 6 Conduct Certificate
2 HSC /10th Class Marksheet 7 Final Allotment Letter
3 +2 or equivalent Certificate 8 Rank Card
4 +2 or equivalent Marksheet 9 Aadhar Card
5 CLC / TC

 

Date: 09.12.2021

All students of 1st year B.TECH will join through online platform Trident’s Facebook page for online orientation ceremony. Link will be shared on or before 8th December 2021 after online reporting formalities. Meeting will start at 11.45AM.

 

Date: 11.12.2021 to 15.12.2021

Boys and Girls who are desirous of staying in the college hostels are required to report at the respective hostels in the campus between 11.00AM to 4.00PM Allotment of hostel seats * will be made through lottery after payment of hostel charges. Final Vaccination Certificate/RT-PCR negative Covid-19 Test Report done within last 72 hours is desirable before hostel allotment. Students with cold, cough or fever are advised not to come to the hostel.

Online induction classes will be conducted in Microsoft Teams. Students will get their User ID and Password for Microsoft Team which will be shared via E-mail by end of 9th December 2021.

 

Date: 16.12.2021

The time table for classes would have been shared to all students and will be reflected in the general notice of our college website. Classes will start at 8.00AM in Block-2. All day scholars will have to make their own arrangements for that day, both for coming to college and for going back. However on that day, they will be allotted their bus routes so as to enable them to use the bus facilities from 17th December 2021 onwards.

*  Institute provides a Cot (No mattress) and a table to every student in the hostel in shared rooms and we serve Breakfast and two major meals (Lunch & Dinner) as per the pre-notified menu.

 

NB.: Each student will receive a student kit (on class start date) which will include the time table and dress material for college uniform. However college I-card and the regular bus pass will be issued in due time after commencement of classes.
