We are hiring for the position of “Trainee” under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) / National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

Employment Type: Apprenticeship program leading to Full-Time job opportunity

Apprenticeship Period: 3 Years

Payroll: On-Rolls

Job location/departments: At Rourkela (Orissa) plant in Power plant and SMS departments & at Durg (Chhattisgarh) plant in Maintenance and Electrical departments

 

Stipend/Others:

• Candidates posted at Rourkela (Orissa) plant: INR 17,000 per month along with free bachelor’s accommodation and subsidized meals.
• Candidates posted at Durg (Chhattisgarh): 1st year – INR 13,000 per month along with free bachelor’s accommodation and subsidized meals. 2nd year – INR 15,000 per month & 3rd year – INR 17,000 per month.

On confirmation, after 3 years, based on performance, salary will be revised and designation will be “Engineer”.

 

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Stream or branch or specialization: Mechanical, Electrical (EE & EEE), Instrumentation (IE, EIE, AEIE).

Batch / Year of passing out: 2022 passed out batch.

Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable

Gender: Male candidates preferred.

Number of vacancies: Limited but separate for Rourkela and Durg plants. (Hiring strictly depends on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters)

 

Skills: Hard working, Aggressive, Good positive attitude, Interest to learn, Good communication skills, Willing to relocate.

Bond or security details or service agreement: Candidates need to work for at least 3 years.

Joining: Immediate on selection.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

 

Jai Balaji Jyoti Steels Limited (Jai Balaji Group) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

  

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Resume/Application level screening (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 03: Preliminary telephonic interview / screening (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional | Elimination round)

 

Shortlisted candidates have to attend further process at Jai Balaji Jyoti Steels Limited’s factory premises at Rourkela, Orissa:

 

Step 04: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional)

Step 05: Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)

Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidates for internship will be issued subsequently.

Step 08: On boarding.
