National Entrepreneurship Network in collaboration with Trident group of Institutions is organizing an Internship Fair on 28^th Feb and 1^st March at Auditorium Hall of Trident Group of Institution. Around 15 startups will participate in hiring management (MBA/PGDM) interns from 20 different premium institutes of Odisha. The startups would be requested to present their company for 7-10 minutes duration on the first half of day one and the intern recruitment drive will happen from second half of day one till second half of the day two. The event would be inaugurated by eminent personalities from Startup ecosystem of Govt. of Odisha. There is no fee for participation for the students nor for the Startups.

Working/Interning at a startup, one will move away from the boring “preset to-do list” into a world full of new challenges and possibilities. Big companies have already done all the work and an intern just have to follow an established plan, the job is focused mainly on getting your assigned tasks done. At a startup, one will have to help create everything from scratch, imagine and develop the workflows that best fit the company, change and adapt them once and again. Interns will get 360 degree exposure in various areas of business management, when associated with a Startup.
