Recruitment/Selection Process:
The Recruitment Process will be as follow:
Date: Tentatively 17th & 18th April’2017
Venue: Will Be informed in due time.
Patil Automation Private Limited (PAPL) will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:
Day 01:
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Technical (Engineering Fundamentals) Written Test to be conducted by NVL (Objective | Elimination Round)
Day 02:
Shortlisted candidates from Step 02, will attend the process on Day 02.
Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 04: Written Aptitude Test (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials (F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Last date for registration is 13/04/2017 by 5 pm.
