Position 01: Content Development Editor

Salary during training (or probation) period: Fixed CTC 2.62 Lakhs + Incentives (Variable) + Health Insurance (2 Lakhs) & other standard benefits

Position 02: Technical Editor (Code Testing)

Salary during training (or probation) period: Fixed CTC 2.29 Lakhs + Incentives (Variable) + Health Insurance (2 Lakhs) & other standard benefits

Recruitment/Selection Process:           

The Recruitment Process will be as follow:  

Date: 19th & 20th April 2017

Venue: We will inform in due time.

Packt Publishing Private Limited will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:

Day 01:

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).

Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Basic Technical Written Test (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Technical Online Test (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)

Day 02:

Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)

Step 05: Final Technical & HR Interview – Face To Face or SKYPE (For the shortlisted candidates from Online Test)

Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list within 10 days from Step 05.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
