Executive
Role Objective
- Coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring that all the orders are closed within the promised timeline.
- Manage customers to ensure high Lifetime value
- To ensure order fulfillment
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling small/ medium client tickets/ queries and resolving within defined SLA.
- Delivering information about company’s offerings and assisting clients with product/ service inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction and positive service experience.
- Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Resolving daily operational issues within the given SLA.
- Identifying any process/product shortcomings in order to improvise the same and sharing inputs with product team to support client requirement.

Role Objective
- They are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.
- He/She would be expected to handle Supplier development – Market research to add new suppliers,
- Negotiate with current suppliers, maintaining relationship with current suppliers.
Role Responsibilities
- Should have an understanding of mechanical and electrical tools, machines and brands (basic
- technical awareness).
- Organizing and updating database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
- Assist in developing future purchasing plans and potential relationships with vendors.
- Following up rigorously to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full by supply partners
- Ensuring timely deliveries to Customers with accurate supporting documents
Number of vacancies: Limited & separate position wise.
Note – any hiring will strictly depend on the quality of the candidates fulfilling the recruitment parameters.
Job location: Pune, Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida.
Please note – Selected Candidates will have to work in their designated locations as per the business requirement
CTC: INR 2.65 LPA.
Educational Qualification:
- For position 01 – Executive: MBA/BBA (Sales, Marketing specialization)
- For position 02 – GET: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/EEE)

Mogli Labs (India) will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 02: Assessment Test (Online/Offline)
Step 03: F2F or Online Interview.

Step 05: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
