• Branch – Electrical / Electrical and Electronics /Mechanical
• Class 10 – 60% and above
• Class 12 / Diploma – 55% and above
• B.Tech – 55% and above
• Only for Female Candidates

 

Selection Process (Process Flow and Interview Rounds)

 

• • Online/offline application through CoCubes.
  • Candidates matching eligibility will have to appear for virtual assessments. (Details will be shared in advance)
  • Test Shortlisted candidates need to appear for further rounds of Technical Round (Virtual) and HR Round. (Dates will be shared in advance)

 

Job Location – Ahmednagar/Vadodara

Joining : Immedidate

Compensation – INR 4,75,000 p.a. for a Full-Time GET Role – Probation Period: 6 Months

Bond – Yes (Service Agreement)

Bond Details – Upon joining, students would need to sign up for a Service Agreement Clause with Schneider Electric. The terms of this would state that the GET (student) would need to serve a minimum of 2 years in Schneider Electric. In case the GET decides to terminate his/her employment with Schneider Electric, he/she would have to pay a sum of INR 2,00,000 to the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities (Mechanical)

• Increase in productivity in no’s and ensure discipline on Production lines
• Responsible for improvement at shop like safety, Quality on shop floor
• Coordinate with Engineering & production
• Procurement of materials from Suppliers, Purchase order
• Overall responsibility of day to day for Incoming & outgoing product inspection
• Audit Supplier process system
