- Selection Process –
- Round#1 – Aptitude Test
- Round#2 – Psychometric and Technical Test
- Round#3 – Oral Communication Test
- Round#4 – Technical Interview

Please Note –
- Round#1 and Round#2 will be conducted at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) premises physical mode.
- Round #3 Oral Communication – will be on-line
- Round 4 and Round 5 (Technical & HR Interviews) will be at Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar office.
Eligible and registered candidates need to report to Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) mentioned address on 16th & 17th January-2024 as per the time slot & date that we will share with you.
Pre-placement talk will be conducted virtually prior to the drive.

Greetings of the Day.
We are glad to inform you that Tech Mahindra is hiring for B-Tech(CSE,CST,CSIT,CSAIML,ETC,EE,EEE) 2024 YOPs.
The details are mentioned below:
Academic eligibility:
- Qualifying courses – B.Tech (CSE,CST,CSIT,CSAIML,ETC,EE,EEE) & MCA 2024 YOPs.
- Candidates should be completing a qualifying course in 2024 without any backlog and should have Consolidated mark sheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
- Should have scored min. of 70% or 7 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SCC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
- Not more than 1-year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.
Selection process:
- Candidates will have to undergo below mentioned Test with each of these acting as filter for next stage of selection process.
- Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Conversational Test.
- Technical & Psychometric Test
- Conversational Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
First 2 rounds may be conducted in College Premises through Pool-campus Mode and further rounds from Conversational test till HR Interview will be done through virtual mode. We will keep you posted accordingly.
Eligible candidates would be receiving All rounds test links from us on their registered email ID. Please ask the candidates to check Junk/Spam mails as well.
Supercoder selection:
- Candidates who excel academically & perform well in the selection process (excluding HR round) will qualify for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection.
- Eligible candidates will then take the Supercoder test, and those who pass will be designated as Supercoders.
Joining Location and Work Timings:
- Positions are opened for Tech Mahindra offices across locations.
- Candidates should be willing to work on any type of project at any of the TechM Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across the country as per the company specified work timings including shift working 24 X 7.
Bond and compensation:
On Selection
- Candidate will be on probation for 3 months
- Candidate clearing regular selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
- Candidate clearing Supercoder selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 5.5 L /Annum
- Candidates will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company.
