Job Purpose
We are looking at fresh graduates in engineering (GETs) to be placed at the entry level of our organization who will pass out in the year 2024 (Class of 2024). The GETs will be given a determined career path for two years after joining, that will include a planned training framework to enhance & develop technical, domain and behavioural skills along with project assignments in the areas of software development & architecture, QAT and technical & production support. The main goal is to ensure that GETs advance to become proficient software developers & mature as high performing professionals.
Essential Skills Required
- A learner’s mindset to quickly grasp, assimilate ideas and be curious to learn with an open mind.
- The key ability will be ‘Communication’– capacity to articulate, speak and write well.
- An inherent urge to understand technology and be open towards absorbing, creating and developing program codes across skillsets (example- pl/sql, c/c++, dba, dotnet, java, angular, node, testing, tech & production support & any other skill that may be required to be learnt). A thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be an added advantage.
- A willingness to give an undertaking to work for two years with our organization.
- Eligibility Criteria
- The engineers passing out in 2024 (Class 2024) should apply. They must complete their course without any pending backlogs or assessments which is threshold to their course completion, and this is a pre-condition towards validity of the job offer as well.
- A consistent score of 60% and above in 10th & 12th Standard examinations and during graduation will be given priority.
- A preference will also be given to students doing Engineering (BE/B:Tech) in Information Technology , Computer Science and related courses over other streams.
