Job Description (JD):

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 0 Years

Monthly CTC: 2.40 LPA (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity & ESI Benefits)

Job Profile:

1. To provide assistance in supporting IoT solutions in various industries, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of Weighbridge Automation Systems.
2. To offer technical assistance to developers and clients, helping them navigate and resolve IoT-related issues promptly.
3. To maintain detailed records of support interactions, resolutions, and system configurations for reference and future troubleshooting.
4. To collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
5. To communicate effectively with customers and clients, keeping them informed about the progress of issue resolution and providing exceptional customer services.
6. To travel to domestic or international locations for project-related activities.
7. To perform site surveys to understand hardware-level errors and debugging.

Candidate Profile:

1. Should have excellent technical skills in C, Embedded C, and Python.
2. Should have knowledge of sensors (IR, Ultrasonic, Proximity, etc.) and actuators (like Relay).
3. Having development and testing experience in Circuit Debugging and designing and also Arduino Uno, Mega, ESP8266, and ESP32 are preferable.
4. Should have good knowledge of IoT modules like Mosfet, Transistors, and Optocouplers.
5. Note: Those who have some knowledge in IoT and have done some project(s) in IoT are requested to apply.

Additional Details for Students:

1. We are looking for B.Tech (EEE / ETC)
2. We are looking for immediate joiners. (22/23 passed students will do).
3. No such cut off markings.
