Documents to Carry:
- 2 sets of a hard copy of an updated resume with a photo in the resume.
- 4 passport-size photographs.
- Photocopy of all certificates and mark sheets (from 10th onwards) to be stapled with your resume.
- Any Government Identity proof and College ID Card.
- Photocopy of any Government identity card and college identity card, also to be stapled with your resume.
Job Position:
The recruitment is only for the IT division and not for the manufacturing division.
Job Shift:
The job may require any shift, including night shifts. Please note that for female candidates working the night shift, a drop facility is available and managed by the security team.
Other Information:
- To be eligible for the internship program starting from January 2024, you should have no history of arrears. If any arrears are found, you may not be eligible.
- Students who are shortlisted after the Group Discussion round will receive three personal assessment questionnaires that must be filled up neatly. These include:

Requirements:
● B.E / B.Tech – 2024 Pass out Graduates.

Hiring Procedure:
● Online Objective Question Test (3 sessions of 20 minutes each, comprising 20 questions in
each session – Maths, Logical Reasoning, English) – criteria / cutoff is 60% overall.
● Group Discussion (shortlisted from online objective test)
● Personal Assessment Questionnaire (shortlisted from group discussion) ●
Technical Interview (shortlisted from group discussion)
● HR Interview and Certificate Verification
College Graduate Program (CGP) Plan:
● Selected and offered students report to STSIPL, MEPZ-SEZ for the full time internship from
January 2024 till September / October 2024 (till submission of B.E / B Tech – Provisional
Certificate) for a monthly stipend of INR 15,000/-
● Permissions will be granted to the students to go to their respective colleges for the
Exams, Tests, Projects and Viva – Voce. Such requests should be routed through their
respective placement officer / principal / concerned authorities with the dates
mentioned.
● Upon the successful completion of their Internship period (i.e) Effective September /
October 2024, they will be enrolled under College Graduate Program (CGP) plan which is
a tailor made 3 year career progression plan.
● The following table captures the pay structure for the 3 years covered under College
Graduate Program (CGP) plan
