Founded in 2008 , ARF Design (www.arf-design.com ) is an IC design services company. We provide full custom layout design services to the global semiconductor industry. Our services include analog, RF/mm Wave, mixed-signal , IOs ESDs, Memory and digital layout designs.

ARF Design Pvt Ltd, is an IC layout design services organization with mission to provide quality layout design services to Semiconductor companies in India and abroad. We have a team of young and talented leaders and employees, recognized as experts in the industry.

Our company has offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ranchi and Bhubaneswar.

Requirement is for the Design center in Bhubaneswar. Currently we are looking for the candidates of the following branches of 2022 ,2023 & 2024  B tech .

1.    Written exam (very basic network theory and basic electronics)

2.    Interview: Selected candidates will be having a  interview.

3.    The selected candidates will be placed as trainee design engineers for six months, during this period they will get trained on IC design process and placed at Bhubaneswar Design center.

4.    Selected candidates will be hired as an employee of ARF. First 6 month they will get a stipend of 9K in training and after training salary would be 2.7 Lakhs Per annum based on the performance. 

5.    First 5 years they will be in service agreement.
