| Eligibility | · B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) & MBA(Marketing)
· Basic Criteria: Career 65% · Date of Birth for Graduate Engineer Trainees should not be earlier then 1st July 2001 and for Diploma Engineer Trainees it should not be earlier then 1st July 2003 · Date of Birth for Management Trainees should not be earlier than 1st July 2000. |
| Compensation (CTC) | · Monthly Stipend of Rs – 28000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 1 Lakh (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-1 Lakh will be paid after completion of one year) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).
· A Monthly Stipend of Rs – 28000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 1 Lakh (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-1 Lakh will be paid after completion of one year) for Management Trainees (MT). · The selected candidates will undergo one year training on Monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions. After successful completion and review the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles. |
