Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Preliminary Online Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination Round)

Step 04: Pre-placement talk/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual/Online Mode | Optional)

Step 05: Online Aptitude Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtually | Elimination round)

Step 06: Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual/Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 07: Final Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)

Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 10: On boarding.

* Note: Shortlisted candidates have to attend the Final Interview Round F2F at Faridabad (Corporate Office/Plant) at a later date. Company will reimburse the travel expenses of the selected candidates only (when they join).
