Job Title: Deputy Manager – IT

Role: Java Developer

CTC: 6 Lacs Per Annum

Job Location: Mumbai

Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/B.Sc(Comp/IT) with 60% throughout academics and basic coding knowledge.

Year: 2020/2021/2022 & 2023 passed out students only.

Hiring Process & Details:

Step 1: Application (Rs. 500/- as registration fees)

Step 2: Online Assessment Test – Round 1

Step 3: On clearing the assessment, the next level round is an online Interview with Axis Bank Technical Team – Round 2.

Step 4: If selected, the Candidate will be provided with a Provisional Offer from Axis Bank HR Team.

Step 5: The candidate must undergo a Mandatory Job-Focused Training Program for 90 Days Online.

Step 6: Start working as a Deputy Manager with Axis Bank*

The candidate must bear the training cost and should be paid only after receiving Provisional Offer Letter from Axis Bank. This process is designed to solve the attrition problem.

Job is guaranteed, the candidates will get an appointment letter and be onboarded with Axis Bank on successful completion after the training.
