Selection Process:-
There will be three rounds in the Selection Process.
Written Exam – Aptitude & Technical
Technical & HR round
And the final round will be done after that & the venue will be informed
The selected candidates will be placed as trainee engineers for six months; during this period, they will get trained on IC design process at Ranchi Design centre and after the completion of training period the trainee will be placed at Bhubaneswar Design Center.
Selected candidates will be hired as an employee of ARF. First 6 months they will get a stipend of 9K in training and after training salary would be up to 3 Lakhs CTC.
Service Agreement :-
The Candidate will be in a Service Agreement for the first five years from the date of joining.
