Dear Students,

It is delighted to introduce our company Praxsol Engineering Private Limited, which is supporting Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) across the globe.

Praxsol engineering solutions are blended with traditional and next generation services, and successful in working Product R&D to services R&D. We have systems established to work as an extension of clients’ engineering offices, with a wide range of services, 24×7 support and teams with international projects experience in providing low-cost solutions.

We are currently planning to associate with esteemed Engineering Colleges, like Trident Academy of Technology. We would like to hire students who have good attitude, communication skills and are technically competent for industry entry needs. Since we are working on challenging and truly value-added design solutions, the students who are hired will be trained under the senior’s guidance and would achieve a path of good career growth in their core skill set.

We would provide a fixed and attractive salary package as per Industrial and company standards. The students who were selected and interested to join need to submit their original certificates at the time of joining and we would return their certificates after 2 years of agreed duration to work with Praxsol. If the candidates fail to serve the fixed duration of two years, the return on Investment would comply.

Based on no. of candidates interested to apply for this opportunity, we will conduct campus drive at your facilities by mutual acceptance on the recruitment drive date. Before sending the list of candidates (in excel format with complete details for the position applied) to us, who are appearing for the interview pls reconfirm with the students by sharing the salary package and other terms and conditions of recruitment process for smooth functioning of evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria:

 1.  Drafting Skill on AutoCAD (Round No 1 – Tool Test & based on tool test students will be shortlisted for further Technical and HR rounds)

2.  Good Attitude and Communication Skills (Hindi would be added advantage)

 3.   B. Tech – 2023 passed out, 2024 batch (Backlog students are not encouraged & 60%  aggregate need to maintain in academics)

4.   At the time of joining candidates (2024 passed out) should be able to submit Originals of SSC,   Inter/ Dip, B. Tech (Mark sheets till 3rd year) and by End of September 24 they should be able to provide their original provisional Certificate along with marks lists.

5.  Candidates should be flexible to work anywhere in PAN India.

Mechanical GET                              – 15-20 Vacancies

 Civil GET                                           – 5-10 Vacancies
Business Development – GET       – 2 Vacancies (Hindi is mandatory and preferably from Mechanical)
Project Engineer – GET                   – 2 Vacancies (Hindi is mandatory and preferably from Mechanical)
Vendor Development – GET         – 2 Vacancies (Hindi is mandatory and from Mechanical /Civil /Electrical)

 Job Description :

Praxsol Engineering – Design and Engineering Services (C)-R2

We would like to request to arrange for the following:

1. We bring the banner to fix.

2. Require a lab facility where students appearing for interview can clear the tool test round in 1 or 2 batches (Preferably Mechanical students in Batch – 1 based on seating capacity at your facilities)
3. All the systems should have AutoCAD software and we provide soft or hard copies of drawings as per the requirement of the tool test. Tool test consists of 1-1.5 hour. (min- max)
4. Require one spacious room for Interview for accommodating 3-5 members from Interviewer end.
5. Candidates should mandatorily carry their updated CV (attached photo on right/ left corner), Copy of skill training certificate if any and an A4 sheet and pen for the Interview.

Note: Based on both parties acceptance we would like to conduct campus drive on or before 5th  Feb 24  (based on preoccupied schedule/team availability) * Sunday also flexible/ comfortable for us
