Interview Plan: 

• A team of TechnoShrine recruitment team will visit for a campus interview as per the agreed date.
• Day 1
  • All the candidates need to appear for a short-written examination
  • Evaluation of the papers will be done on the same day
  • Selected candidates will face a Viva interview and will be selected on the campus itself.
• Day 2:
  • Viva interview will be continued from day 1, if left over

Selection Criteria: 

• All selected candidates will be provided an offer letter within a week time of the selection date.

Joining Criteria: 

• All selected candidates will have to join by within a week time.

Training Program: 

The total training program will be divided into two sections.

15. BASIC Training Program: (3 Weeks – 4 weeks)
    • This training session will cover on generic topics, like Linux, Database, Shell scripting, python scripting, telecom Domain training etc.
    • The candidates will have to appear for an exam at the end of every session.
    • Only passed candidates will move to the next level.
    •  All candidates need to bring their own laptop to the training session. Basic software may be provided by TechnoShrine.
    • ONLY THE PASS candidates from the Basic Training program will be on board to the Project program.
    • NO Salary/ remunerations will be provided during the basic training program.

2. PROJECT Training Program: (3 Weeks – 4 weeks)

• • Project Specific training program will be started with the successful candidates
  • Stipend will be allowed to all selected candidates from the day of joining the training Program.
  • All the candidates will have to sign the NDA contract with TechnoShrine that they cannot resign from the company within 18 months of joining the company.
  • After successful completion from the project Training session, the candidates will join the development team.
  • After joining the team, their pay grade will be finalized and they will start working on the project front.
