NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Internship Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Sisecam Flat Glass India Private Limited”

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Stream or branch or specialization: Ceramic Technology, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics (ECE, ETC, EEE), Electrical (EE)

Batch / Year of passing out: 2024

Cut Off Criteria: 60% all through academics without any backlog during joining time.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Sisecam Flat Glass India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round | Optional)

Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)

Step 04: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)

Step 05: Itep Essential English Exam:  English exam will be send to intern candidates by Integrated Resource Management (HQ). We will define 4 days for completing the test. The English result will be at least 2.5, candidates who have expected score will continue in the process.

Step 06: Gamification: After English exam, new competence surveying & assessment test ‘Gamification’ based on gaming principles on digital platforms will send by Integrated Resource Management (HQ). We will determine 4 days for completing the test.

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list for internship.

Step 08: Internship letter of selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 09: Internship On boarding.
