JOB DESCRIPTION OF MARKETING /Sales

• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Performing market analysis and research on competition.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Prepare promotional presentations.
• Learns marketing process by completing training program; completing study assignments.
• Observes marketing process by traveling and attending sales and service calls.
• Practices sales process by calling on new accounts; adhering to established sales steps.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Communicate internally and externally to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.

JOB DESCRIOTION OF HUMAN RESOURCE :

The Human Resources Management Trainee learns the daily operations and the overall role of the Human Resources department as a strategic business partner within logistics operations.  The successful candidate will:

• Become knowledgeable on staffing, training, diversity awareness, and teamwork.
• Work with the Human Resources manager, Human Resources representatives, and operational executives.
• Learn to assess talent to build a strong management and hourly team.
• Learn how to build company culture.
• Maintain an environment that supports diversity.
• Become familiar with our HR programs, including Workers Compensation and New Employee Orientation
• Build credibility with employees to facilitate communication and respond to concerns.
• Ensure that legal obligations are met by tracking team employee member records and conforming to all applicable laws.
