Position:  Graduate Engineer Trainee

Our criteria for selecting candidates include a minimum cut-off of 60% throughout their education. The recruitment process will be a gated one, comprising the following stages:

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in either Manesar (near Gurgaon) or Jaipur, contributing to our continued success in the industry. The compensation package offered for this position is Rs. 4 LPA.

v  Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

v  Location: Manesar or Jaipur

v  Duration: 2 year bond which includes 12 month of training and 1 year on role designation.

v  Departmental Exposure: Materials, Production & Materials Planning, Engineering, New Product Development, Design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Materials Department:

• Learn about the procurement, inventory management, and quality control of materials used in precision die casting.
• Assist in optimizing material usage and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Materials team to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

2. Production & Materials Planning:

• Gain insights into production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist in developing and implementing materials planning strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes.

3. Engineering Department:

• Participate in the design and development of precision die casting components.
• Contribute to process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to address technical challenges.

4. New Product Development:

• Contribute to the ideation and development of new products within the precision die casting domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
• Assist in prototyping and testing new product designs.

5. Design Department:

• Learn and apply design principles in the creation of precision die casting molds and components.
• Assist in using CAD software for product design and development.
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure designs meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Tool and Die Specialization, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, and Chemical Engineering.

• Strong academic background with a minimum of 60% throughout the education.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for precision manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Training Period:

The selected candidates will undergo an intensive 12 month training program, rotating through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the precision die casting industry.

Deployment:

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be deployed in one of the mentioned departments based on their performance during training and organizational requirements.

Bond Period:

Selected candidates will be required to sign a two-year bond with the organization.
