We are happy to inform you that we are hiring graduates with backgrounds in Commerce (B.Com), and Administration (BBA, BMS) with YOP (Year of Passing) as 2024 or 2023 for TCS Admin.

Registration End Date: 20^th Mar 2024 (Wednesday)

Test Date:  11^th April 2024 (Thursday) (Tentative Date)

Test Mode: In- Center

Please Note:- Only the candidates registered in IT portal and their status in Application received stage will be considered for the test process. All students must ensure that they use their Personal Email ID to register in the TCS NextStep Portal and NOT Institute Email ID.

TCS Admin Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Full time graduation with BCom, BBA, BMS with Year of passing as 2024 & 2023.
• Academic Aggregate: Consistent academic record of 50% or above (or equivalent CGPA) in Class X, XII and Graduation
• Course Duration: Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education).
• Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education if any.  Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education
• Backlogs:
• 2024 YoP Students: – Only one pending backlog is permitted for the candidates, however all pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated course duration.
• 2023 YoP Students: – No pending backlogs would be allowed for candidates with YoP 2023. Course should have been completed within the stipulated course duration. Candidate should be able to produce all marksheets and certificates.
• Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered. Candidates who have completed their Secondary and / or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time.
• Age:  Minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 26 years at the time of being put through the TCS selection process
• Work Experience:  Candidates with prior work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the Hiring Process.

Registration Process for the Candidates

• Step 1. Log on to the TCS Next Step Portal https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/registrationPage

• Step 2. Register and apply for TCS IT and generate your 13 digit TCS Reference ID (CT/DT Number)

Scenario A: In case you already have DT ID, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal > (click https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/registrationPage)  and Complete the Application Form and Submit.

Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal > (click https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/registrationPage). Click on ‘Register Now’, choose category as ‘IT’, proceed to fill your details and Complete the Application Form and Submit

N.B- Students need to fill WEST BENGAL as state preference & KOLKATA as city preference for the test centre.

• Step 3. Submit your final details to your TPO / Placement Team in the asked format
