Business Technology Analyst

Work you’ll do

Business Technology Analysts at Deloitte are expected to develop strong technical skills in the system/ technology area you are working in. As a part of the onboarding process on projects, you are provided with training/awareness aimed at building proficiency in the role. It involves development of technical and behavioral skills as per defined proficiency levels (as per the Expectation Framework), understanding of the Firm specific tools and methodologies and focused capability building on communication excellence as per Deloitte standards

Professionals in the US India Consulting—technology practice offer both advisory and implementation services that provide clients with comprehensive solutions to help them better manage the critical business of  information technology.

• Delivery of specific capability in Technology Consulting:
• Understand Business Requirements and Needs
• Support technical/functional/process document creation and maintain an effective
• Build, test and deliver
• Support application
• Responsible for technical specification
• Responsible for Code development & Unit Testing
• Responsible for Test Data Creation & Test scripts creation and execution
• Support infrastructure building activities
• Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations

This scope of services covers the areas of Enterprise Information Strategies and Architectures, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Content Management, and Enterprise Portal. Technologies: Informatica, Ascential Datastage, Vignette, Verity, Business Objects, Cognos.

Systems  Integration:

Overview: Design, develop, transform, re-platform, and tunes application components or custom-build systems in complex business scenarios. Offerings include Custom Development, Application Architecture and Testing Advisory  Services.

Technologies: J2EE, Struts, .Net, SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, BEA Welogic, IBM Websphere, Manual, Automated, and   Performance testing.

Applications Management Services:

Application Management Services (AMS) provides a differentiating set of service-based capabilities focused on organization’s measurable business value.
