Over the years, Ceasefire has maintained fruitful partnerships with various colleges, facilitating campus recruitment and fostering opportunities for promising talents. Building on this legacy, we are thrilled to unveil the official commencement of our Summer Internship Programme, aimed at providing students with invaluable hands-on experience and the potential for pre-placement offers.

Key Program Details:

Duration:

April to June (2 months, totaling 60 days)

Eligibility:

• MBA/ PGDM candidates would be considered
• Should have own conveyance and a laptop
• Should be interested in building career in sales

Recruitment Process:

• The program’s objectives and job descriptions will be promptly shared with your Training and Placement Officer (TPO).
• Interested candidates will be identified and nominated by the TPO.
• Interviews will be conducted via Zoom, focusing on assessing candidates’ communication skills, understanding of business activities, as well as their sincerity and dedication.

Joining Process & Successful Completion:

• Online onboarding and training will be conducted, allowing interns the flexibility to work from home.
• Upon successful completion of the training, interns will receive a certificate recognizing their achievements.
• A stipend of Rs 5000 will be disbursed based on sales performance during the internship tenure.

Pre-Placement Offer:

• Following the internship period, candidates will undergo interviews with our HR Head.
• Qualified candidates will receive pre-placement offers, paving the way for potential employment opportunities.
• Joining dates will be scheduled post-completion of final exams, ensuring a seamless transition into their professional roles.
