STEPS FOR TEST:

• Login with your email ID and mobile number registered on ICICI Careers website
• Enter the OTP
• Check your mic and camera
• Capture your image and submit it for the purpose of verification
• Complete 30 Multiple Choice Questions each for the Verbal, Quantitative and Logical sections

THINGS TO AVOID :

The system disallows you to continue the test if multiple individuals are detected in the camera or if you use tab to navigate different windows

Position Title:  E Relationship Manager

Purpose of the Job: The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also requires selling of banking and non-banking products to our existing/new customers through the phone banking channel

Key deliverables:

• Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries through the phonebanking channel
• Providing customers with relevant product and service information
• Cross selling variousbanking/non-banking products to customers

 Key skills:

• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
