Selection Process (Interview Rounds):
1️⃣ Pre-placement Presentation (12:00 PM – 01:30 PM)
2️⃣Group Discussion (Please form groups of 20 – 20 students)
3️⃣ Talent Manager Round (Interview Round 1)
4️⃣ Talent Head Round (Final Interview with the Director)
Additional Guidelines:
🏫 Students on campus must join from the College Auditorium.
🏡 Students joining virtually (due to being in their hometown or traveling) must strictly follow these protocols:
✅ Zoom ID Name Format: First Name . Last Name
✅ Cameras must be ON at all times.
✅ Join from a quiet place with minimal background noise.
🚨 Non-compliance with these protocols will result in disqualification and removal from the session.

Online Test will commence today at 5 PM. Candidates will receive the test link by 2 PM today, and the link will remain active until 5 PM tomorrow. Kindly note that it is a proctored test.

Additionally, the PPT and GD round will be conducted on Monday, 24th March, for all students who participate in the online test.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.

  • Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
  • Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
  • Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
  • Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
  • Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
