NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “Infocepts Technologies Private Limited”

Please refer to the attached file for complete details about the Recruitment Drive.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.

Stream or branch or specialization: CSE/IT and allied streams, Electronics – ECE/ETC.

Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batch.

Cut Off Criteria: Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable) and Graduation. No Active backlogs.

Gender: Male & female both can apply.

Joining: The selected candidates have to join after the final exams (In June 2025). The targeted joining date is 2nd June 2025 at Nagpur. Candidate will not be allowed provided with leaves for exams during the training period.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Infocepts Technologies Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.

Step 03: Preliminary Screening Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend the following process at a later date:

Step 04: Online Aptitude/Technical Test (To be conducted by Recruiting Company | F2F/Virtual | Elimination Round)

Shortlisted candidates have to attend the following pooled campus process at college premises (F2F/Physical process) OR Virtual/Online Process (Based on numbers) at a later date:

Step 05: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F/Virtual)

Step 06: Technical & Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2FVirtual | Elimination round)

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
