Service Agreement 1 year trainee period post that employment will be regularized subject to performance at meets expectation level.

JOB DESCRIPTION (GET in IT Department)
  • Technical Skills / Support: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Knowledge in programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and SAP is a plus
    • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Troubleshooting& System Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical problems, documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of hardware and software, including performing backups and updates.Install and configure new software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality.
  • User Account Management with hardware & Software Inventory: Assist with creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts and profiles.Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
  • Documentation& Training: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Assist with training new users on IT systems and procedures.
  • Collaboration& Project Support: Work effectively with other IT staff and team members to support company technology initiatives.Contribute to IT projects, providing support and assistance as needed.
