Designation: Business Development Associate (Work from Office)

                  Responsibilities Include:

• Consulting professionals working in the IT sector for the right career path over calls
• Keeping self updated with the latest technologies in the world
• Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Building relationships with people and Identifying references through the existing learner base
• Keep abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices
• Understand the concerns, requirements, needs and effectively provide solutions to IT professionals to help in their career advancement.

• Ability to persuade and negotiate
• Ability to work under stress
• Ability to work in a team
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts)

Work Location : Bangalore

Interview Process:

1. Group Discussion Round
2. Two Rounds of Personal Interview

Internship tenure: 6 Months

• After the successful completion of your Internship you will be converted as an Full Time Employee

Compensation:

Fixed Pay for first 6 months: 25,000 INR Fixed per month  + Performance-based incentives

After 6 Months of training: Final CTC:  9 LPA CTC (5LPA fixed + 4LPA incentives based on performance)
