- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Stipend (During Probation):
- B.E/B.Tech: 15K – 18K
- MBA/MCA: 20K
CTC/Salary to be offered after probation period: Based on Performance during the Probation Period

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)
Step 04: Group Discussion / Communication Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 06: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
