1 Educational Qualification 1. B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc (CS, IT, Electronics)
2. Work Experience : Fresh Graduate/1-2 Years Work Experience in Support Agent Based Solution
2. Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post Graduation
Mandatory
2 Technical Knowledge 1. OS: Windows, Linux basics
2. Networking: IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP
3. Basic troubleshooting- Familiarity with ticketing tools
Mandatory
3 Communication Skills 1. Proficient spoken and written English- Ability to explain technical concepts- Email and phone etiquette Mandatory
4 Problem-Solving Skills 1. Logical and analytical thinking- Step-by-step troubleshooting ability Preferred
5 Customer Orientation 1. Empathy and patience- User-first approach in resolving issues Preferred
6 Attitude and Behaviour 1. Eagerness to learn- Adaptability to shift work- Team player, punctual, and professional. Willing to work in 24×7 environment in rotational shifts. Mandatory
7 Certifications 1. CompTIA A+/N+- Microsoft MTA / Azure Fundamentals- ITIL Foundation- Google IT Support or similar certifications Preferred
8 Internship / Project Experience – Any hands-on experience in IT support roles during studies- Final year project in relevant IT or network support domain is a plus Preferred

Selection Process: First Round 

  • Online Screening Test (Aptitude & General Technical Assessment)

Compensation Details:

  • During Training & Probation (First 3 months): ₹10,000 per month
  • After Confirmation (Post 3 months): ₹2,40,000 per annum
