Dear Students

As discussed, we have a few Trainee + FTE roles in Development with Comviva (a Tech Mahindra company).

Please note the role requirements 

• Year of Engineering passout – 2025 only
• Engineering specialization – CSE and IT only
• Marks – 60% all throughout in academics in 10th, 12th and Engineering
• Location – Pune or Gurgaon (location will be assigned as per business requirement and not personal preference)
• Work mode – Work from Office
• Trainee duration – 2.5-3 months (FTE role upon successful completion of the training period, based on performance)
• Compensation – Stipend will be paid during Training period and CTC will be paid upon conversion
  • Stipend during training – 25 k per month
  • CTC upon conversion – 6.5 LPA (90% Fixed, 10% perf-based Variable)

Our selection process at Comviva (VIRTUAL) would be as follows –

• Interested candidate database to be received by 10-Oct-25
• Technical assessment (video recorded Tech assessment) –
  • Test will be shared to screened candidates on 11-October by 10 am… Complete the test by 11-October 2 pm.
• Business interview (2 rounds)
• HR interview (1 round)
