NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of Cyfuture India Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha
Educational Qualification: Regular (full time) B.E. / B.Tech.
Stream or branch or specialization: CSE/IT and related allied streams.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch.
Gender: Male & Female both
Eligibility Criteria/Cut Off Criteria:
- Minimum 70% (or 7 GPA) and above marks throughout 10th, 12th and graduation.
- Correspondence and distance learning courses throughout academics are not allowed
- No active backlogs at the time of the recruitment process
- Maximum two-year gap in education (post 10th standard till completion of graduation)
- Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.

Selection Process:
Cyfuture India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application level screening (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Company officials | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Company officials | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further process, to be conducted by recruiting company officials, as mentioned below:
Note: Each Round is an elimination round.
Step 04: Online Assessment Round. Students selected in the assessment will move to further interview rounds.
Step 05: 1st Interview Round – Technical.
Step 06: 2nd Interview Round – HOD Round.
Step 07: 2nd Interview Round – CHRO Round
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
