| Key responsibilities | · Service activities to be performed on various kind of CNC machines as well as metrology equipment’s
· Install, commission, repair, and maintain machine tools (including CNC machinery) on-site for customers, following manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations. · Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in machine tools, often requiring technical expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. · Perform routine and preventive maintenance checks to avoid machine downtime and improve operational efficiency. · Conduct audits, calibration, and refurbishment as needed, and handle breakdowns, machine relocations, and geometry alignments. · Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or management when necessary. · Provide technical support and training to machine operators and clients, ensuring that users understand operation and maintenance procedures. · Manage service inventory, request parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. |
