NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of GoldenSource International Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha

Please find attached the detailed information about this Joint Recruitment Drive.

Educational Qualification/Stream or branch or specialization:

B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE, IT & Allied Streams),

BCA, B.Sc (CSE, IT),

B.Com (having IT Advanced Diploma),

Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch

Gender: Both Male & Female can apply

Cut Off Criteria:

• Minimum 60% score in every semester in Graduation.
• Minimum 60% score in X and XII.
• No backlog allowed. 

Recruitment / Selection Process

GoldenSource International Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical/Domain Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination round.)

 

Shortlisted candidates from the above will have to attend the further process as mentioned below:

Step 04: Preliminary Online Psychometric test (To be conducted by Goldensource International | Elimination Round)

Step 05: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional | Online Mode or F2F)

Step 06: Technical/Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by Goldensource International | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)

Step 07: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by Goldensource International | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)

Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 10: On boarding.
