We are writing to express interest in participating in the recruitment of Interns at your college for the Pre-final year & final year BBA,MBA,B.Tech,MCA students.

The role would be that of a Junior Operation Manager and the locations would be Bhubaneswar & Cuttack. Currently, we have 50 openings for the role but in case we find exceptional talent and participation, we could go upto till 70 in number.

YLO is the first mover & market leader in transport and logistic sector. Its a Tech-based Startup which plays the pivotal role to structure the most un-organized sector i.e Transport Sector. It’s founded by energetic, enthusiastic and creative team, YLO has expanded within a short span of time to a team of 20 people.

A brief about the role:

The role of a junior operations manager would require the following skills:

• Managerial Skills: Managing all ground operations needed toboard new Drivers,Fleet owners,Transporters and potential Users.
• Leadership Skills: Supervising associates and managing a team of field folks under them.
• Strong Communication and Street Smartness: Interacting with various stakeholders in the value chain from a drivers, to Fleet owners and to a transporters.
• Collecting the required documents from the respective Vehicle Owners,Drivers & Transporters.
• In order to promote YLO,Candidate has to do marketing activities in both Online & Offline.

Remuneration: In order to motivate our resources we are offering Rs.10000/- per month as remuneration. If the candidate do well during this internship period then, we would offer him permanent job at YLO. And the package will be market standard.
