Job Description:

The HR Executive at Centroxy Solution Pvt Ltd will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR operations, relevant labor laws, and regulations, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Policy Management
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with accuracy
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct background verification and reference checks for new hires
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Address employee relations issues promptly and resolve conflicts effectively
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement
Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Administer payroll-related documentation and coordinate with finance team
• Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management on a regular basis
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, Labor Laws, etc.)
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Employee Separation
• Manage employee exit processes including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and full & final settlement
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR-related laws and labor regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus
Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

CTC – 3 LPA(10-15K stipend for initial 4 months)
