Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles: Specialist Programmer (Trainee) and Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee).

Role and Compensation:

• Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
• Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
• Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus
• Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus

Recruitment Format:

This year’s program will be conducted through virtual and in-person evaluation process designed to identify candidates whose technical acumen and behavioral competencies align with our AI-driven organizational vision.

Assessment Framework

The assessment process will be conducted in two stages:

Round 1: Virtual Assessment
This round will be conducted online to evaluate candidates remotely.

Round 2: In-Person Assessment and Interview
Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be required to attend a physical assessment at designated centers. This will be followed by an in-person interview.

Assessment Format:
Both Round 1 and Round 2 will be three hours in duration and will include programming tasks of varying difficulty levels.

Qualifying Programs: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (5-year Integrated), MSc (Mathematics)
