Role Overview

Selected candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences by:

• Driving sales and achieving store targets

• Work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily operations and team dynamics

• Ensuring a premium and engaging customer journey through strong product knowledge and service excellence

• Drive excellent customer experience and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in team supervision, shift planning, and staff training Analyze store performance data and support in business decisions
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and hygiene standards
• Participate in on-ground marketing and local store promotions

• Final-year MBA students (2026-27)
