Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Department: Retail Banking
CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
Job Location: As per branch vacancy and business requirements within Odisha. 

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to the bank’s operational and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

  • Acquire new customers through field visits, corporate visits, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Promote the bank’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term banking relationships.

2. Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customers’ financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
  • Manage customer portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Investment Products.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities organized by the bank.

4. Customer Service & Operations

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and banking transactions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operational processes in accordance with bank policies.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Follow all internal policies, RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to audit requirements.

Eligibility

  • MBA 2026 YOP
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales and customer acquisition. 

Teller

Position: Teller
Department: Branch Banking Operations
CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
Job Location: As per branch vacancy and business requirements within Odisha

Job Summary

The Teller is responsible for providing efficient counter services, processing financial transactions accurately, ensuring cash management, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations while contributing to branch business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transaction Processing

  • Process daily banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, cheque acceptance, and clearing services.
  • Ensure accuracy in transaction processing while maintaining service quality.
  • Verify customer identity before processing transactions.

2. Cash Management

  • Receive, verify, count, and manage cash accurately.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each working day.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of cash and negotiable instruments.

3. Customer Service

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers.
  • Respond to customer queries related to banking products and services.
  • Guide customers regarding account services, digital banking, and other banking facilities.

4. Compliance & Security

  • Strictly adhere to KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
  • Verify customer documents and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.

5. Cross-Selling & Business Support

  • Identify customer needs and promote suitable banking products and services.
  • Generate referrals for products such as loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and investment products.
  • Support the branch in achieving business growth objectives.

6. Sales Targets

  • Contribute towards achieving assigned monthly and annual sales and referral targets.
  • Participate in branch campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Eligibility

  • MBA 2026 YOP
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced banking environment.
