I am Ratna Srivastava, Global Director for University Academic Programs at Pegasystems. I lead initiatives particularly focused on driving industry-academia engagement and student skill development. Through Pega’s University Academic Program, we collaborate with educational institutions to help students bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations and make them future ready.

We recently launched the Pega National Internship Program (NIP) 2026 and saw an overwhelming response with more than 13K student sign-ups in a matter of weeks. An internship like ours is completely free of cost and fully virtual, offering students enough flexibility to join from the location of their convenience. Not just that, the classes are also scheduled post 6 PM to not disturb their already planned day in college.
