• Quality Assurance: Inspect forged components for defects like scale pits, cracks, or laps.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Ensure workers strictly follow SOP blueprints and safety parameters.
• Defect Analysis: Identify root causes of forging defects and implement corrective actions.
• Production Planning: Assist in daily scheduling to meet delivery targets efficiently.
• Machine Optimization: Monitor the cycle times of hydraulic presses, hammers, and induction heaters

• Technical Procurement: Review engineering specifications to purchase raw materials, machinery spares, and refractories.
• Vendor Management: Onboard new suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate pricing or delivery terms.
• Contract Administration: Draft, review, and execute commercial contracts for engineering services and turnkey projects.
• Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels of critical engineering items to minimize inventory holding costs.

Core Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Mount, align, and secure workpieces, holding fixtures, and cutting tools onto CNC machines.
• Program Loading: Input and verify G-code and M-code programs using machine control units.
• Component Machining: Operate CNC lathes, mills, or turn-mill centers to shape heavy steel components.
• Process Monitoring: Adjust speeds, feeds, and coolant flow rates during the machining cycle.
• Dimensional Inspection: Measure finished parts using precision tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols, and job cards.

GET Students shall be post into forging section in various Department ,

DET Students will be Post in CNC Shop as Operator who wish to join as CNC Shop and ready to signed up 3 years association with company, they will be exclusively post into CNC Shop Machine operations

As all the students DET Have shown keen interest to join in cnc

All Girls wish to join Diploma DET In CNC shop will have to submit undertaking from their parents , for allow them to work in each 8 hours shift including Night shift -they will be provided Transportation facility from Girls hostel to Factory location if they will be post into CNC Girls hostel .

All the details for GET And DET Retention scheme has been discussed and present during Campus interview in detail presentation

For male candidate 12 hours duty will be in rotation shift ither into 7 days or 15 days (12 hours including 45 minutes lunch break and 10 minutes of two tea break as well required breaks)

For female candidate 8 hours shift duty will be there as per shift working hours range of wages will be differ from Boys .
