| Core Responsibilities | • Assist shift engineers in monitoring robust machinery operations producing stainless steel long bars.
• Learn and execute precision quality testing to ensure products match global standard benchmarks. • Maintain daily logs of plant operations, process parameters, and metallurgical/chemical configurations/Production. • Identify process bottlenecks to optimize plant efficiency and support prompt delivery goals. • Ensure strict adherence to shop-floor safety, health, and compliance guidelines. |
| Technical Requirements | • Strong baseline understanding of engineering drawings, machine operations, and metal properties.
• Basic familiarity with chemical parameters or metallurgical testing of steel is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data logging) and basic drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD). |
| Eligibility Criteria | • Degree: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, EE, EEE or Chemical Engineering. |
| • Academic Cutoff: 60% in B.Tech with no active backlogs. | |
