RSB Global will be conducting a Pooled Recruitment Drive at ITER. The details of the recruitment drive are provided below.

Eligibility: B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering – 2026 Passing Batch

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.30 LPA upon successful conversion

Proposed Stipend:

• Diploma Students: ₹15,000/- per month
• Degree Students: ₹16,000/- per month

No. of Vacancies: 07 Apprentice positions for the 2026 YOP

Date of Recruitment Drive: Will be communicated shortly.

After successful completion of one year of apprenticeship, selected candidates may be considered for employment on-roll as DET/GET/MT, based on their overall performance and conduct during the apprenticeship period.

The selected students will primarily be deployed in departments such as Quality, Production, Engineering and Finance.
