| Technical Support Engineer | • Core Competencies: Basic knowledge of Linux commands, file systems, user management, and networking basics (IP, DNS, ping, traceroute). Strong communication skills. |
| • Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 support for Linux-based setups, address real-time customer tickets via email/chat/phone, trace metrics, and manage rotational shifts/on-call coverage. | |
| Quality Assurance Engineer | • Core Competencies: SDLC/STLC processes, test case design, bug lifecycle tracking, Java or Python programming, Selenium WebDriver, and Page Object Model (POM). |
| • Key Responsibilities: Understand functional user stories, execute manual testing (regression, smoke, sanity), design automated test scripts for web applications, and log defects. | |
| JAVA Developer | • Core Competencies: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JDBC, Hibernate, JPA, multithreading, concurrent execution safety, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Git version control. |
| • Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain backend system components, build RESTful APIs, implement real-time communication modules (WebSockets/socket programming), and optimize runtime logic. | |

| Compensation Details | • Internship Phase: ₹10,000 per month fixed stipend
• Duration of Training -3 Months |
| • Full-Time Payroll Employment: ₹2.4 LPA, ₹3.0 LPA, or ₹3.5 LPA salary slabs. (Depending on performance during training ) | |
