We are glad to announce our association with LG Soft as online assessment partner proposed to be held on Wednesday, 28th March’18.

 

We have received the list of students as sent by HR Team @ LG Soft India and below given are the few highlights for the upcoming online assessment test.

 

Following points to be considered:

 

Based on Phase 2 Assessment process, we would like to bring forward a few points to your notice & expect you to adhere to the same.

 

1. The Assessment is going to be in the form of an Online Test.
2. The Test is scheduled on 28^thMarch 2018 , 11:00 am onwards.
3. Total Marks allotted for the Test will be 100(No Negative Marking) and Time Duration will be 1.5 Hours.
4. Our Online Assessment Partner is “My Anatomy” who will facilitate & conduct the online test at your premises.
5. The Assessment paper is divided into multiple sections consisting of the following  :: Aptitude, Logical & Reasoning, Technical and 1 Coding question.
6. Please ensure that Systems are in proper working condition & Webcam is ONduring the duration of test for each candidate for Live /Back-end  Monitoring.
7. Please take the necessary precautionary measures to ensure NO room for error or cheating!

 

Technical Specifications:

 

The questions contains large image files hence, it is advisable to have More than 1 MBPS internet speed per PC.

 

Technical Requirements:

1. Functional computer systems with Webcam(Mandatory) – (As per the Number of Students).
2. Windows Operating System (No other Operating System is supported).
3. Min. 1 MBPS internet speed per PC.
4. Updated Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser with the most recent version; Note: IE is not supported.
5. One System Admin on Standby to avoid any internet issues.
6. Power Back-up for Computer Systems during the Exam.

Process: 

1. The Test link will be active on 28th Jan’18 sharp at 11:00 AM.
2. The Students will take the test from College Computer Labs.
3. The test link will be shared on the same day 2hrs before the test timing.
4. The test link will be sent to the individual students on the mail IDs given by the College and as per the list received from LG Soft.
5.  The students can start the test by Clicking on the test link and filling up the details correctly.
6. Few photographs of the Online test and Lab will be highly appreciated.

Do’s (For Students):

1. They (Students) should have access to their mail ID.
2. They should have the Soft-Copy of their CV (with picture) to upload (Optional).
3. They should Fill all the academic details correctly.
4. Before starting the test they should ensure that the Computer  is connected with high speed internet and meets all the technical requirements as mentioned.
5. Once they start the test, it is recommended to pursue it in one go for the complete duration.

Don’ts (For Students):

1. They should not move or  go outside the test window as they will be marked suspicious and if tried to do so repeatedly the test may get terminated.
2. They are not allowed to use any mobile phones or Calculators during the test process.
3. They should not move away from the Web-cam.

Important Note: We will consider only the list of 20 students / per college shared by LG Soft HR Team.
