The Indian Navy has again decided to open its doors for the students who could not join the Indian Navy earlier. It is in the form of University Entry Scheme (UES 2019). The final year students have been given the opportunity to join the Indian Navy as a Commissioned Officer (Permanent Commission in Executive branch) and Short Service Commissioned Officer in other branches. The registrations for the scheme have already opened on 01 Jul 18 and shall close on 31 Jul 18.
The campus screening to appear before the SSB (Services Selection Board) will start in the third week of Aug 17 till first week of December. The campuses in a particular city/ state will be decided on the number of registrations from a particular institution. Those dates will be intimated to you and to the individual students who register, after the finalisation of schedules. With the experience from the previous years and because of the large numbers of aspirants, it has been decided to accept only those who have registered on line, for the screening. It is therefore imperative that the students be encouraged to decide now and register on line.
