Toppr(https://www.toppr.com/) is an adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th. Our vision is to make learning personalized using technology. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs. We are building Toppr as an adaptive platform that can increase engagement, optimize learning and improve outcomes. We have the widest syllabus coverage in India with over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. Over 40 lakh students use the learning app. Topprwas started in 2013 by IIT Bombay alumni Zishaan Hayath and Hemanth Goteti and is backed by venture capital firms SAIF, Helion and Eight Roads.

CAMPUS HIRING PROCESS

Toppr will be using Autogram, a Video Resume/Interview app to shortlist.

• The first round will be a Video Interview round on Autogram. Students can give the video interview here.
• If they are shortlisted, they will be sent to the company’s office for a final interview.

Guidelines for giving the Video Interview

• The interview can be given by a webcam-enabled computer.
• You need to be formally dressed before starting the interview.
• You need to be in a well-lit, silent environment.
• You need to answer all the questions

Max Duration of the interview – 40 minutes.
