JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: SITE ENGINEER

JOB CADRE: G.E.T

REPORTS TO: The Site Engineer will report to Chief Construction Officer.

JOB OVERVIEW: Manage parts of a construction project, providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time & within budget.

JOB LOCATION: Bhubaneswar

KEY TASKS:

• Overseeing building works.
• Understanding surveys and layout at site.
• Seeing out sites & organising facilitating resources.
• Checking technical designs & drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescale.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, especially quantity surveyor & the overall project manager.
• Providing technical advice & solving problems on site.
• Preparing site reports, DPRs, MPRs& filling in other paper works.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 60% in 10^th
• Minimum 60% in +2 or equivalent
• Minimum 7.0 CGPA in Bachelor’s Degree
• TECH-CIVIL ONLY

JOB TYPE:

• Full time

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Starting salary will be Rs. 8000/- p.m. during 4 months’ probation period.
• There will be an increment of Rs. 4000/- after the completion of probation period & confirmation letter will be issued.
• Based on performance, quarterly incentive will be provided after being a confirmed employee & there will be 3-10% hike in salary each year.
• Fooding will be provided by the company.
• Fuel allowance will be provided, maintenance allowance for 2 wheeler will be provided.

TERMS & CONDITION:

• No leave will be given during probation period.
• Salary will be given in-hand up to confirmation.
• EPF & ESIC facilities will be provided after confirmation.
• Must have valid Driving Licence.
• Must have own two-wheeler
• Driving test will be conducted at site.
